110
numbered bags
then this lot is gone

One green lot, roasted once, bagged and numbered by hand. When it runs out we buy a different lot and Lot 001 never comes back. Leave an email and you'll know the roast date before anyone else. That's the whole thing.

One note when the first lot comes off the roaster. No spam, nothing else. The Phin Field Guide lands in your inbox now, free.

What the list
gets you

The roast date first

You hear when Lot 001 comes off the roaster before it goes anywhere else. That is the only email you are signing up for.

Your pick of the three

Three coffees come out of this lot. You choose which one you want rather than taking what is left.

A numbered bag

Every bag in Lot 001 is numbered by hand, 001 through 110, on a tag tied to the bag. The list gets first pick of numbers.

The field guide, now

The phin method, the four classic Vietnamese drinks, and how to read a coffee bag. Free, sent the moment you sign up.

The bean specialty
coffee left behind

Specialty coffee spent forty years calling robusta a lesser bean. Vietnam kept growing it, and kept getting better at it.

What comes off these farms now is dense, low in acid, heavy with cocoa, and built for the slow drip of a phin over sweet milk and ice. We buy it green by the lot, roast it here, and put the farm on the front of the bag.

Nobody in the South Sound sells it as a single origin. That is the whole reason this exists.
